Here's what bathtime looks like at our house now.  In case you couldn't tell from the pictures, both girls love it!

Trick or Treat

Sara Beth thinks that Halloween is the coolest thing ever.  You get to walk to people's houses, ring the doorbell, say "trick or treat"...and they give you candy!  She had such a fun time walking around the neighborhood tonight filling her basket.  Unfortunately Sydney fell asleep right before it was time to go, so she missed out on the fun.  But we did get pictures of the girls beforehand.

This afternoon was Sara Beth's school's Fall Festival.  She was so excited to show all her friends her costume.  She had so much fun!

vacation!

This past weekend Chris and I enjoyed a kid-free vacation to Gatlinburg.  As much as we love our precious two children, it sure was nice to get away for a few days.  We especially appreciated the 4 nights of uninterrupted sleep.  Yes, we still woke up before 7:30 most mornings, but we didn't have to hurry out of bed to change diapers, get everyone dressed, fix breakfast, etc.  We spent our time hiking in the National Park, driving around looking at the beautiful fall leaves, doing a little outlet mall shopping, and eating lots and lots of good food!

A great big thanks to Grandma, Pa, Nana, Granddaddy, Mamie, and Great-Granddaddy for taking such good care of Sara Beth and Sydney so Chris and I could enjoy this much needed vacation!
