Today was the Easter Egg Hunt at Sara Beth's school.

Sydney had her 2 week doctor's appointment today.  She now weighs 8 lbs, 12 oz (up from 8 lbs, 4 oz at birth and 7 lbs, 12 oz at her 3 day appt).  And she has already grown an inch?!  She is now 21.5 inches long.  She is obviously an excellent eater, but luckily she is an excellent sleeper too. 

Sara Beth is looking forward to "Easter Bunny Day" coming up this weekend.  Tomorrow we will all be going to her Easter Egg Hunt at school.  Stay tuned for those pictures.

Sara Beth is loving her new sister.  She gives her hugs and kisses constantly, and always wants to hold her.  She is such a good big sister!  Sydney is doing great too.  She sleeps, wakes up to eat, then goes back to sleep again.  Her awake times are few and far between.  We are really enjoying daddy being home with us.  He has been a huge help, and I'm already dreading him going back to work in April.

Thursday, March 18

We got to come home from the hospital today!  Chris and I got Sydney dressed in her "coming home" outfit, the same dress Nana, me, and Sara Beth wore when we came home from the hospital. 

When we got home Sara Beth was ready to hold her baby sister.
