The second day was spent at the condo...playing in the pool, walking along the beach, getting as close to the birds as possible, celebrating Sydney's "half birthday", a quick trip to the boardwalk for some ice cream, arts and crafts, and enjoying a beautiful sunset

Tampa - Day One
We spent this past weekend in the Tampa area, enjoying a mini-vacation with Chris's parents. On Friday, we went to Busch Gardens. It was a lot of fun! Both girls loved it, and the adults did too!
Sara Beth had her fan to help keep her cool
In front of the pretend kangaroos
And meeting a real kangaroo
Me with my two girls, in front of the pretty butterfly bushes
Sara Beth still isn't sure about the characters, but Sydney sure did like meeting Zoe and Grover
Sara Beth rode her first roller coaster (she was so scared!)
Riding on the train
Look at the adorable baby rhino
Off to look at more animals
Sara Beth the flamingo
Chris and Sara Beth being silly
This rope bridge was one of Sara Beth's favorite things at the park
All loaded up and ready to leave the park

firsts
Sara Beth spent the weekend with her grandparents, so Sydney was our "only child" for a few days. I sometimes feel sorry for her because she will never be a true "only child" like Sara Beth was for almost 3 years. So these moments of her being here alone are very special. During the weekend, she had several "firsts". She had her first big girl bath, her first taste of cereal, and sat in a restaurant high chair for the first time. Unfortunately we forgot take pictures of her in the high chair, but did get some cute pictures of the other two firsts.
And for further proof that they look exactly alike, here's Sara Beth's first bath...
